This eight hundred bed dormitory comples occupies an environmentally sensitive wetland site on an coastal bluff.

 

The sustainable landscape design for the site includes California Natives to minimize maintainance, reduce required irrigation, and maintain the surrounding environmental integrity. Bioswales were implemented throughout the complex to manage stormwater and limit site runoff
