Working with SKM Architects in Seoul and Hak sik son FAIA in Los Angeles, KSA master planned and developed a complex site design for a resort addition to a Greg Norman designed golf course.

Set on the lush tropical island of Saipan, the complex includes 500 condominiums, eight private town homes, and a new clubhouse overlooking Lao Lao Bay.
