By reimagining The leftover landscape of a 1970's black box office park, Campus 2100 has been transformed into a tenant-friendly workspace, focused on boldly designed contemporary spaces for tenants to gather, work and play, whilst providing a colorful new plant palette to complement the existing trees.

With the goal of bringing sustainability into the district's office culture, this LEED-Silver core and shell project places a heavy emphasis on drought-tolerant and native plants, utilizes best management practices for stromwater runoff and provides electric car charging stations and bicycle racks.
